I think a good English teacher must have good communication skills.
First, if the good teacher has these skills, the teacher can communicate with students well, so the teacher can teach the students well. Then, the students can learn more efficiently.
Next, the teacher can have a good relation with students if the teacher have the skills.
Good communication skills are needed between teacher and students.
